For Labor Day weekend, we traveled to my grandmother's house in East Texas. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend just hanging out. April, Michael, and Ollie were also there for the weekend, so Emmy was excited to be hanging out with Ollie Bear. We had a great time riding on the six wheelers, taking pictures, letting the babies swim, and exploring. We had an amazing time, and we cannot wait to go back.
Emmy was a little scrunched in the car on the way there.
Bradley and I were excited about watching the Aggie's first football game of the season! WH08P!
Grannie made Bradley pork chops and eggs for Breakfast. I think he would have stayed there forever.
This little guy and I went on a little "photo walk." He walked around and looked at whatever struck his fancy, and I followed him and took the occasional photo.
I just love his curls and pretty eye lashes.
Someone had to join in our fun.
She brought a friend.
These two went swimming in the tiny pool. The water was a little cold, but they had a good time.
We spent some more time exploring. These are from my iphone so the quality is not quite as good.
Emmy and Ollie worked up enough of an appetite for a popsicle.
Me-Maw and Papa Steve took them for a ride with the puppies. Emmy thought that was the most fun.
Emmy needed her picture taken in her Sunday dress before church.
Ollie played hide and seek while she was gone.
How did he get out there!?!
Emmy was tired out. We tried to get Ollie to wake her up, but even he couldn't wake the beast.
When she did wake up, she was in a good mood. She wanted to play outside with Susie.
By the time we were ready to go home, it wasn't Emmy who needed a nap. GiGi was tuckered out!
I love this lady to the moon and back!
We had such a good time!
